ABOUT GBS
Founded in 2016, GBS UK Immigration provides flexible, honest and reliable fixed-fee immigration advice to clients across the UK and worldwide.
GBS Immigration was founded in 2016 by Victoria Girsa, Joanne Sullivan and Ashley Bayles. Holding over 41 years' experience between them, it was the founders' aim to provide flexible, honest and reliable fixed fee immigration advice. Ashley Bayles — who put the 'B' in 'GBS' — stepped down as Managing Director and Adviser in 2024, and the company continues to provide a high standard of service to clients worldwide with both Joanne and Victoria at the helm.
The UK Immigration Rules are complex and constantly changing, and the right to appeal has been significantly restricted in recent years. It is therefore now more important than ever to obtain professional advice from an accredited adviser, so that your application has the best prospects of success. Failure to obtain the right advice could result in your application being refused and your immigration record being tarnished, impacting your ability to remain in the UK or re-enter in the future.
At GBS UK Immigration we have advisers accredited to IAA Level 3, the highest level of accreditation, enabling us to assist with everything from basic immigration advice to complex matters including appeals. We are also proud members of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association (ILPA). You can rest assured that your case will be in safe hands and that you will receive a personal level of service, rather than being just another file number in an ever-growing caseload.

What we stand for
Honest, clear and ethical advice from the very first conversation. We will tell you where you stand and what your realistic options are, even when that is not what you were hoping to hear.
Up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration law. Our advisers are accredited to IAA Level 3 — the highest level of accreditation — and undertake continuing professional development to maintain that status.
Personalised support at every stage. You will deal with an adviser who knows your case rather than being passed around a team, and we will keep you informed from the first appointment to the final decision.
Clear fixed fees with no hidden costs. We agree the price for your matter up front so you know exactly what you are paying, whatever further work your case turns out to require.
